I drove pass there several times and decided to give them a try... I kinda expected that my 8 year old rogue might need extra work. I just was not expecting the amount I was told. My Harry explain everything to me gave keep me informed while the vehicle was in the shop... I used to be a Service Adviser for about 15 years between different dealers. It is nice to see that an adviser like myself care about its customers.... Thank you Mr. Harry.

  my experience at the Dealer was awesome, Justin and Andy they are the best, I was there practically half day and not one time there were a grave look on there faces they are very professional and always listening to my options, they work with me. I really appreciated them.once the car was ready Justin make sure the air in all 4 tires were the same and the car was wipe down and just walking around the car to make sure it good, little things like that make you want to go back.Andy and Justin keep up the good work and don’t let no one take away your joy, keep on smiling

  I have to shout out Xavier, Andy and Brian for their exceptional customer service. They were knowledgeable, patient and showed they cared. Xavier held his umbrella out for me, Andy broke down everything, Brian showed me what was needed and gave me recommendations. What my car needed was expensive but Nissan of Queens provides 12 month warranty or 12,000mi (whichever comes first). I will come back simply because the way I was treated by these guys because reality is I can go anywhere to get my car fixed. Thank you.

She's Honest, straight to the point & respectful. She Came around every once in a while to check on me and to keep me updated on what was going on with the process. I gave her a price I wanted , and she helped get me as close as possible to that number. Great customer service
