  After visiting a couple of dealerships before this location, I have to say Nissan of Queens was the best location. I highly recommend anyone to ask for Paula. She's Honest, straight to the point & respectful. She Came around every once in a while to check on me and to keep me updated on what was going on with the process. I gave her a price I wanted , and she helped get me as close as possible to that number. Great customer service

  Rob García is the best at this nissan had 4cars they all was finance through them....wether you have good,bad,great,or just working on fixing your credit they will help....i remember when Irvy was there and her team was the best cause that's how i met Rob.....you keep it straight with them and they'll take care of you in the long run...so yeah EVEN if the receptionist its 60/40 picking up the phone with an attitude just deal with Rob Cause he knows how to treat customers like family

  They will encourage you to put something down on your vehicle, however since I had nothing down to put they just worked it out by shaving 3,000 off the cost of the car! I'm completely still in shock 2 days later how well I was treated. Did I mention that once Sergio finished with his prior customers he came to check up on me to make sure I was happy? Fabulous! This is my fourth and best car buying experience!
